Links to non-competing forums are fine, general aquatics forums are not. Please read the sixth paragraph of the rules;

The problem is, if we let the small 10-person forum slide, why can't the 50-person forum be allowed as well? If 50 are ok, another forum with 250 members really isn't much more.
It has a snowball effect that the administration, meaning William, wants stopped from the beginning, as there is no fair cut off point, so to speak, and no way of determining if in the future the 10, 50, or 250 member forum will have expanded to 5,000+ members in a couple of years. If you will notice, my member number is 2323, that is how many members the forum had when I joined in '03. In less than four years it is over ten times that, which is possible with any forum.
The rules here are not just thrown out without thought and enforced randomly. Much work goes on behind the scenes when there is anything changed here, and all moderators are involved when anything is changed, as well as if there is any perceived discrepancy in enforcement.
