Water Test

I have a 28 gallon with three peacock cichlids and a syno catfish, and i was just wandering if these readings were ok or not. they seem kinda off to me

ph 7.4
nitrite .25
nirtrate 10
ammonia .25

you want to keep the ammonia and nitrite at 0. Any reading of ammoia in alkaline water (PH above 7.0) is going to be bad for the fish, especially catfish.

Maybe do a 50% water change & gravel clean using dechlorinated water that has a similar temperature and PH to the tank. Increase aeration and keep the feeding down until the filters have developed properly.
