me again,

i have a seio 2100 lph and a aquah2o 1100lph and then my return pump is rated at 4300 lph but uses for outlets over a 4 feet lengt and about 1 metre of piping , i worked out a flow rate of +- 25x is that ok ?

If you've worked it out to be 25x then that should be fine. We should always aim for 20x min.

depends on what you want/have, some sps owners have 100 gph turnover for their tanks, some lps owners have 15, softies normally 20-40, shrooms and zoas can pretty much accept anything.
