Water Change When Using Protozin?

I have treated my 30 gallon tropical aquariun with Protozin after what looked like white spot on a guppy.

I treated the water on day 1,2 and have just treated day 3 and the next and final dose is due on friday.

The question is that it is time to do my 25% water change and clean my gravel, is it ok to do it mid treatment?

Hi,

Personally I would wait and do the water change 24-48 hours after the final dose on Friday, the continue with the Protozin if necessary.
