well guys i have tuk all the warter out as it went like that after adding the bactozyn! i have now added new fresh warter and put some stress coat back in then tomorow i will add stress zyme! let it sit for anouther week.

is it a case of building all the good bacteria up again or will most of what i bilt up still be there in filter etc now new warter in the tank? :good:

Actually Louis, one of the most common things often expressed here in the "New to the Hobby" forum is a lack of confidence in almost any sort of "bacteria in a bottle" product. A lot of the energy to work so hard on true "fishless cycling" came out of people being frustrated that all that stuff was "snake oil."

Our Beginners Resource Center has articles that introduce the "Nitrogen Cycle," which is important to understand and that is also where you'll find our working article on fishless cycling, written by rdd1952.

Many of the members here remain ever hopeful about this sort of product and are pretty open minded I think but in the past so many have been completely unsatisfied with ever finding any bacteria that's still alive or of the right species in those products that its just come down to fishless cycling with pure ammonia and perhaps finding a donation of "mature media" that are the main important approaches to fishless cycling.
