Very Foggy Water

hi, im having a problem at the mo, my tank went from being really clear to really thick fog, it isnt a dirty looking fog, its like a really thick white haze, you cant even see through to the other side of the tank

How long has the tank been set up?
How many gallons or litres is the tank?
How many fish and which type?
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph?

hi thanks for the reply, i got 5 diomand tetras, 2 cae, 3 platys, 1 gouarni, 3 kissing gouarni, 7 neon tetras, 2 shrimp and a bristle nose pleco

the tanks been set up almost 3 weeks, from right at the start ive been using filter start and only the first week i had the cae's in to start the cycle
