Ups Lost My Petsmart Package

i ordered a product from petsmart that according to the ups tracking webpage, was delivered at my front door on 2/21/07. however, i never received it. i emailed ups and apparently they never even requested a signature. most likely, it got delivered to the wrong address.

anyway, i now have to wait 8-10 days for ups to respond to a trace request petsmart initated for me yesterday.

so i was wondering if anyone ever ordered pet supplies (not aquatic life) and had something like this happen to them? please share your experiences, especially if it deals with petsmart...

That sucks. What was it? Why didnt you just go to Petsmart? They have them in New York.

it was a 9w internal uv sterilizer (which is now out of stock). it's a 30 minute drive the fastest to the nearest petsmart. besides, they didn't have them in stock at that location.

UV Sterilizer? Are you trying to get rid of some green water? Just wondering. Yea its a 30 min. drive to mine too. I hope you get your package though.

Hi. My situation isn't really the same as yours, but when I got my last order delivered from Petsmart, instead of the Eheim filter pads that were part of my order I instead received a mat thing for a reptile cage. Useless to me. I emailed Petsmart and they sent me the filter pads, billed me for them but credited my account for the purchase and didn't charge shipping the second time around. Did you try contacting Petsmart about your order? BTW, UPS never gets a signature from me unless it's a really costly shipment. They don't even ring the bell anymore, like they used to. They just drop it off & leave.

I actually ordered 50 dollars worth of various stuff from Petsmart online last month and it came to my door in about a week, everything was good. I guess just like with anything its hit or miss.

UPS doesn't even knock for me anymore either....

I ordered a anti bark collar from a guy off Ebay, who was supposed to be a fantastic seller.

It didnt arrive so I emailed him and he has told me all sorts of fibs. Told me it was waiting at one post office, then another and then another and I rang up Australia post and they cant find it anywhere.

I am beggining to wonder if he ever sent it at all.

It didnt arrive so I emailed him and he has told me all sorts of fibs. Told me it was waiting at one post office, then another and then another and I rang up Australia post and they cant find it anywhere.

I don't think the wife would appreciate it! The ones I'm familiar with give the dog a slight shock when they bark - to train them to not bark.
