Is it possible to move live plants once they are established in your gravel ?

Its just that I have planted some in my tank, some are getting eaten & others arn't. So I will probably need to move some about in a few weeks to gain an even natural look.

:/

I used to "garden" one of the smaller tanks quite a lot. It is easy enough to move them around. Just move the surrounding gravel away and pull them out slowly - very. And gently. You will disturb a lot of rubbish under the gravel but that will settle again.

When I replanted them i wrapped the roots around each in a sprail effect and then made a hole and replanted. They took a couple of days to settle themselves and then were fine.

Easy peasy. Exactly the same as you would move a garden plant around.
