Upgrading Alphie From 3g To 5g?

Heres the tank,

It may look a little boring but will spice it up when i get some new plants for it. Alphies in there now hes slowly getting happier he seems a little shocked to have so much space

Have you got a filter in that tank, i need to buy another filter and heater for the QT tank, hoping on breeding bettas after the newyear, so will need even more equipment!

Yes it has a filter, its the little white thing in the left corner, its a sponge fitler. Works really well Now im onto the next tank, seen as its 80L its hard work!
Rezz, wow that sounds lovely, a ncie amount of space for each betta, i hope you get some lovely boys! Any ideas on where youll buy the boys?

I'm not sure yet, seriously eyeing up Pip's boy that she has for sale but by the time my tank is ready the postal strike will be on, then my parents are going on holiday and I'm at college so no-one could sign if there was a package -___-

As for the other 2 spaces I'm not sure, have to find some beauts on ebay or something

We all can go round and round on this debate. My betta in the 2-gallon is still little. He's about 1/2 the size of my other one and moves around comfortably.

yh but its not really about the size of the fish its the waste it makes. who often do you do waterchanges?

Alphie is really loving the new tank now! Maybe he'll investigate the tank another day, he just seems to be loving swimming along the back wall lol! I think hes happier in the 5G now i can tell!
