Updated Stocklist Is It Ok

well heres my stocklist for juwel 240 litre

6 panda corys
20 neon tetra
2 keyhole cichlid
2 bolivian rams
1 pearl gourami

if i add all these am i over stocked??

I would say if anything you are slightly understocked. Albeit saying that i ALWAYS think less is more, so this looks great to me!

could i change the bolivian rams for 2 kribensis??

I would guess two breeding kribs + 2 rams + 2 keyholes would equal a stressy mess in that tank! I think you'd be better off adding even more corys, the bigger the group the better.
