You may want to look into your ferts/co2/lighting, looks like you have a deficiency on the swords at the back left. Could just be die off though from the transition from being submerged to being emerged.

i have plant food and co2 drops, it used to be worse but its looking up....id like to look into co2 but i really dont know where to start :\
