Unnown Tropical Shrimp

I recently got a tropical shrimp for 1 of my many tanks it is great fun to watch

Unfortuanatly i dont know anything at all about shrimps so i`m trying to find out

What species it is and also any web sites that might give me a more detailed account on feeding , water conditions and about the shrimp in general so i can read up a bit on them.

Its not the best of pictures and also doesnt help its a see through shrimp
