Unexplained Death ?

today my female killifish was dead for no apparant reason. she was on her own as i seperated from male but when i looked at her after she died her stomach was yellow and it kind of look like it had opened up a bit ?
any ideas what this could be ?
the yellow was quite bright?

what do you think it could be wilder?

the last couple of days she hasnt been eating and just hanging at surface?

all stats are fine and oxygen well.

will i have to treat the tank or not?

none of them?

its the yellow stomac that puzzles me it was a yellow cirdle on her stomach underneath quite bright yellow

didnt seem like it no.
do i have to treat tank with anything?

Can't recommend a med as I don't know what the yellow was on the fish.
