Of all the things you can do to try to lengthen your life—exercise, eating clean, no booze (or moderate, the jury is still out on that one), the biggest factor is the one you cannot control. Pick your parents well because genetics plays a big role.
Cigarettes are undeniably bad. Cigars, undeniably less so. Not bad? I wouldn’t go that far, but I don’t worry about it. Don’t worry, be happy!
