They'd be more likely to get a baby voice along the lines of "Aww...look at you trying to sneak into the house to eat mommy. Aren't you a clever little fish...yes you are...yes you are." Then popped back in the pond and given a treat.

What would you feed a fully grown specimen? I'm thinking fish?
