Hi. One of my Zebra Danios has what looks like an ulcer or blister on it's lip. It's only small (1 or 2mm). I thought at first it was a scale that was out of place but it's been like this for a week or so. The fish seems oblivious to it and is actually the 'boss' out of the other danios in the tank.

Is this something i should be concerned about?

it could be a bump/bruise caused by the fish running into something like the side of the tank. Sometimes they get a lump that stays for a week or two and then goes away.
If it isn't red or have white fluffy stuff on it then it is probably just a bruise and will clear up on its own soon. If it is red then it is probably a bacterial infection. White fluffy is fungus.

I would advise treating the fish with an anti external bacterial med, some years back my para pleco once got a sore on its nose/mouth and i treated him with an anti external bacterial med and it cleared up in a week  .

Colin_T, you were right. Cleared about in about a week. No sign of it now. Thanks.
