So i always wanted a pico reef tank for a very long time. I have had several saltwater FOWLR, reef, and fish only tanks over the years. But today at work saw the Marineland cubis betta tank and thought it would be the perfect tank to do a pico reef with. I was planning on using Nutri Seawater. Now what else do you guys recommend me getting for the tank. Do you think its possible to even put a single invert or a extremely small fish that i may be unaware of?

Here are the links to the items i spoke of.

I would say a tank that size is to small for any fish that I know of but would be a lovely home for a shrimp.
Coral wise I would stick to zoa's as they don't sting, don't have sweepers, won't get massive and have a whole host of morons.

Yea i been trying to see if a fish is possible but its clear that its not. A small shrimp or snail could be possible. As for corals some frags i get at my LFS i would add. As to the stocking i do not know yet as i am still looking over lighting and something to give the tank some sort of flow within reason.

wow and i thought that i was micro at 33 litres but
that is about 28 ltrs less than the one i am doing
good luck and let me know how you get on
