This damn scam keeps popping up every couple of months and some one always ends up rewarding the scammer by buying it thus perpetuating the scam, so I'll say this big and loud:

THIS IS A SCAM.
IT IS A PHOTOCOPY OF INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO WATER CHANGES AND NOT MUCH ELSE.
THERE ARE NO SHORT CUTS TO SUCCESFUL FISHKEEPING.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TO SUPPORT SCAMMERS .

someone here bought something similar on ebay

the basic guidelines were to add water to the tank, feed the fish, make sure the filter is working, don't put fish that will eat other fish, ...

basically, very poor guidelines
