hello all, i have a 60L tank, and planning on having a pair of either balloon rams or german blue rams, just wandering if this size tank, with lots of plants and hiding places, and corys and cherry shrimp would be okay? or just the rams by themself? really want a pair as i love them so all suggestions welcome:)

Hmm, might just be a bit tight. I would be tempted to say yes if you know what you're doing and aren't a newby? The
Cories and shrimp would be fine as they will just occupy the bottom. You need sand for both species too.

What are the dimensions?
What about Apistogrammas instead?

Corys won't think much to the higher temperatures if that's the way you go with the rams.

the only corys you could have are sterbais, but they are probaby too big for the tank when fully grown, plus you would need 5/6 minimum

im not a newby and have kept fish for years before, just had to give up due to my GCSE's and other cmmitments but now ive moved house and want to get it started again:) the dimensions(in cm) are 60(L)x30(W)x30(H)

if not GBR's, would balloon rams be ok?

also thanks al for the suggestions and help, no corrys with rams then!
