I have a 29 gallon tank (see sig.) and I have been plagued by algea. So I was looking for a attractive algea eater when I came across a fish called a Tiger Pleco (L-02 [Peckoltia vermiculata] ). I was wondering if these are good algea eaters and would one be compatable with my fish. if they aren't, would a candy stripe pleco be compatable (L-135 [Peckoltia platyrhyncha] )? and Finaly. if none of those would work, what can anyone tell me about a Mega Clown Peckoltia Pleco (LDA-019 [peckolitia sp.])? thanks for any help :)

Well, if no one knows about those, could anyone tell me anything about Bleck eyed Yellow bristle nose catfish(Ancistrus temmincki(L144))? are they basicaly the same as other ancistrus?
I saw a few pictures of them and I thought they were beautiful. I read they were very good algea eaters and are fairly small for plecos. The only negative thing I read about them was that they cost $30. does anyone else have any information on what type of tank setup/enviroment they live in, or any data that contradics mine?
