Welcome to TFF!

I'm not familiar with your color varieties of tiger barbs. Or what fish you're asking about. The red/orange nose says male to me, the chubby tummy says female. Your last pics look like a red female & a yellowy male. What size are they?

Females are normally fatter. Males are slimmer.

Males develop red lips when in breeding condition but you won't be able to see that on the red colour forms.

The 2 red ones look like females as done one of the yellows. The other yellow could be either.

Hi, thank you!
These tiger barbs are green and red glofish barbs. I kind of thought the red round one was a pregnant female, but I wasn't sure if any of the other ones were males. This may be a dumb question, but can they become pregnant if there aren't any male fish in the tank? Second, possibly dumb question: Can glofish tetras mate with glofish barbs?

I would say they are all at least an inch in size.

Good to know. One of the green/yellow ones looks like it has red lips

Tiger barbs are egglayers. Egglayer females can carry and expel eggs without the presence of a male, but being unfertilized due to the absence of males, the eggs will not hatch.

No.
