been having a think about my stocking list and have now came to another hurdle on the way to my decisions (i always have a different decision or end up changing my mind) lol

so what do you think i should do, either a wild betta pair, or a trio of dwarf or honey gourami :) ?

im starting to think gourami too :) at first i was all for the betta's but now i think im starting to want the gourami's :D

More then one betta would need a divider. Gouramis are supposed to have great personalities. I'm putting some in my tank soon.

yes i suppose your right, and im slowly becoming more and more attracted to the gourami's. what type of gourami where you planning on getting :) ?

I'm getting Opaline Gouramis for my 46g. I seriously considered getting pearls, but I saw some full grown Opalines at my lfs and their size was great. I'm keeping small fish with them so they will be the stars of the show ;)

How big is your tank? That can help you choose. If I had a smaller tank I might go for the Honey sunset gouramis. They are pretty and I don't think they are victim to the gourami disease like the dwarfs are.

oh wow :) i like those :) my tanks tiny compared with yours, its only 64 litre lol! although it is the first tank i owned, and i am rather proud of it :) although im planning on doing a recape in my tank before i finish off the stocking :) i was thinking sunset/honey gourami's or maybe dwarf gourami's i'll have to have a think about it :)

Put 1 male betta in think their personalitys are better

i know this is off topic but, i just watched this video.

made me feel like my tank was nothing compared to it hahaha! and it also made me want totally rescape my tank too :p

I love the wild bettas like betta imbellis or betta simplex but I suspect that few will agree with me on that. It is really up to you what you use to stock your own tank but be aware that wild type bettas can be a bit high priced. I bought a pair of B. simplex for $45 including the cost of shipping, not something I would care to impose on someone else.
