this forum thing, is not really phone friendly... at least for me...

so I have a tendency to "fat finger" on my phones tiny key board, which makes the necessity to proof read important... but it also does weird stuff, that leaves me scratching my head, as to how or why something happened... I just spent 5 minutes trying to unignore @WhistlingBadger ... which I must have done somehow, just scrolling around, and of coarse the spell check thing ( try typing unignore, which is what the button says )... to the mods... I don't intentionally use questionable words, but give a shot, has an entirely different meaning if I fat finger an"i" into the statement... I really should use my tablet, but the phone is so convenient...

This is an old guy issue, but I don't use my phone here. Even with glasses, my in close vision is not great. Fat fingers, and taking a dim view of things...

The auto 'correction' drives me nuts! I want to say their (possessive) and it changes to there! Or it changes the name Maria to Mafia! Good grief.

You actually do this on a little tiny screen on a smartphone ? Good grief ! I have my tablet and sometimes it feels too small . This would work best if you were like @jaylach sitting in a big control room with a bank of drive in movie size screens and a multitude of enormous keyboards .

That bugs me to no end ! I learned to proofread my posts before hitting the bombs away button . Also , it really chaps my hide that a computer thinks it knows what’s on my mind and what I want to say .

my tablet is my largest screen... aside for pictures, reading the small screen works...my biggest issue is the key pads being smaller than my finger tips

My husband uses a stylus on his tablet as he can't touch the right place with his finger tip, and that's bigger than a phone.

I use a 15 inch laptop. Last time I tried to log in a site on a 10 inch Fire tablet it took 3 attempts to get the password right. That's when I decided to stick with the laptop.

When I'm at home I mostly access forums via a 14 inch chromebook with keyboard. Lots easier than typing on an iPhone 16e.
