Hey lovelies!!!!!

I'm mad, because all my plants thrive, yet my amazon swords always die X(
My java moss on the left side of my tank seems to have stagnated. No new sprouts and it's been 2 weeks since it last made new sprouts. :( There is one piece of it that lies under a rock and has been active lately, but that's all.
My Willow Moss is still popping new branches and my fern went crazy, it grows uncontrollably and already has even MORE new leaves.
The Ceratopteris has stagnated too, but it floats all over the place.

I found a bit of willow moss on a boxwood in my tank :) really happy I did as I wanted some. That was about 2 months ago now the bog wood is half covered!!! :hyper:

A month ago I got these two mosses and the only one that did a bit of an expanding was the willow moss, which I've heard is better off at low temps (won't ever get 15C here though).
As for the Java Moss, no idea why it just stopped growing (except the one under the rock). It was supposed to be the plant that grows like a weed, yet the fern took that attribute. o_O

Hey Lovelies!
Bad news: I found a dead fry behind the fry cage. No idea how it got there. And only 3 fry went out to eat at this hour (out of 4). 1 is missing, no idea where it went, probably dead as well.
Meanwhile, I'm watching Pinky swimming with her mother.

Bogwood? Should find a tree stump. I saw some people with bogwood that looked like some kind of tree stump and put all kinds of plants over it. Works awesome for corydoras.

It's called driftwood or bogwood. One of the fancier types is mopani wood. It has great coloration and it usually doesn't leach into the tank too much making your water too brown.

Hey Loverlies!

My wife got me a new light fixture for Father's Day! :kana:

It's a CurrentUSA Nova Extreme 24 inch 2x24 T5HO unit for my 20 gallon sand tank! I won't have it for about a week though since I ordered it online............

None of my tanks have CO2, does that matter? I mean the plants in Zach's tank are growing ridiculously well, eccept the Telanthera red plants which look like they're drying up a bit & losing color.

I've got lots of projects to do........ They've been put on hold for work...... May do 1 tomorrow and 1 Sunday hmmmmmmmm

I've gotta:
Retrofit the light on my shrimp tank
Change to sand substrate vs bare bottom on my (soon to be) shrimp tank
aquascape the shrimp tank
W/c my tanks (again, it's that time  ) thank god my shrimp tank will be self- sustaining for about 2-3 weeks between w/c :) very heavily planted and dosed with ferts.
Just general maintenance

So like 4 projects and then a few just weekly stuff.

respeck.. lots of aquascaping to do in my tanks.. I has a Sargento Sea in one of my tanks, I was thinking of taking all those floaters and maybe make a big bunch of the plant and try to get them to stay planted..
