I cant comment on the Killis as I dont know much about them but a quick google places them in a lower temperature which would clash with the Blue Rams also - but as said above the Danios and Rams wont work also the Gourami wont be able to deal with the high temps for the Rams either.

I would probably look at swapping your Blue Rams for Bolivian Rams or Nannacara Anomala would work as they both can live well at 23/24c and instead of Danios go for Micro Rasobra like Chilli Rasboras or Galaxy Rasboras. And have a look at a stocking of something like

2 Gold Australe, Aphyosemion australe
2 Bolivian Rams
3 Sparkling Gouramis
10 Chilli Rasboras

And then IMO you still have a nice amount of space for more fish - you could probably get all 6 of the Sparkling Gourami that are in the deal Some Cherry Shrimp and or Pygmy Cories would work well and fill out the bottom of the tank nice or a group of 5/6 Panda Cories again doing well in 23/4c.

Okay. I have questions-
1) What does IMO mean?
2)My research on the Golden Australes shows me they need warmth. I will move the danios. I will go with the rams you suggested. Can you siggest how I should go about breeding them?

I will not get tetras, however. At least for now.

In My Opinion.

To breed Bolivian rams you will need a breeding pair. This isn't as simple as adding a male and female to the tank.

Search the forum or Google for posts/sites on breeding setups for bolivians, there are plenty of them.

Thanks. If I ask the people at my LFS (they are very knowledgeable, and are very helpful, do you think they could find me a pair in a tank of about 20 fish?

If you're after hardy, java fern and anubias would be your best bet. Crypts and amazon swords look pretty nice too, though I'm not entirely sure how hard they are. Some nice drifwood would look good with the java fern/anubias on it, especially once it grew.
