Don't know why I picked that title but never mind!

Anyway - i've just added a female guppy to my community tank which contains: 1 Betta, 4 Cories, 6 Head + Tail Tetra, 6 Neons + 1 Plec.

She is OK apart from the actually move however my Head + Tail tetras seem to be schooling with her!
She looks quite like them so maybe they think she is one of them? Are they going to hurt her? (I doubt that because I believe their peaceful, aren' they?)

Any ideas why there are schooling with her or are just curious (they don't normally do this though when a new fish is added)

thanks

She'll be fine with them. Seems a little weird that she schools with them, but shell be ok because like you said, head+tail light tetras are peaceful.

She will be fine. I have all sorts of fish do this with other fish. It is not always because they look like them, but they may feel that they can depend on each other in some way.
