Tetratec 600Ex Problems Problems Problems!

Hi all,
Im a newbie on fish forums,so be nice .
I bought a Tetratec 600ex about 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems with it(leaking and low/no flow, ive replaced the main body seal twice, 2 new hose adaptors ( and another one broke this morning) currently the thing has no water flow at the morning, it seems to happen a few hours after cleaning the motor head (ive had to do this a few times just to get the water moving). Just wondering if anyone has the the uk helpline number or the German helpline (Brit living in Germany ) please please could anyone post it for me. ive tried doing the online form but i keep getting a failure notice, so as you can see this situation is getting quite irritating. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
