I am interested in the filter, but you said that you can't run it in the living room. Is it noisy? I currently run 3 ex1200's in my living room with minimal disturbance and an internal and an eheim classic too! As I would need it for the living room , noise levels are essential knowledge.

Hi Miss Dib Dabs,

I have made no comment about the noise on the filter, I bought it without really getting a 100% accurate measurements so its really tight in my cabinet which means I have had to remove the door so the missus is not happy with that and as it was really really tight it made the cabinet vibrate a bit. Personally when I ran it (not for long as the I was told very quickly it was not acceptable with the door off) but the biggest noise to me was the water gushing around the tank....
