So I located the spec sheet for our local tap water. It appears that they use Chlorine but they also list some other Chlorine compounds. I noticed that API Water Conditioner has a dose rate that is much higher for Chloramine vs Chlorine. Would I be able to use the Chlorine dose rate give the parameters in the attached chart?

Chlorine dioxide breaks down rapidly to chlorine and oxygen, so it can be considered as chlorine. Chlorite also ends up as chlorine. So you are dealing with chlorine rather than chloramine.
Does the report list ammonia at all? If it does and there is only a very tiny amount that also indicates there's no chloramine.

I would use the chlorine dosage.

Nope, just what was on the chart. Very useful info, thanks, chemistry makes my head hurt.

There is no mention of ammonia so just use the dose rate for chlorine.
