Tank Stocking For A 20 L

Hi I am going to dig out my old 20L tank and was wondering what my options are to stock it with, I am going to transfer my couple of red cherry shrimp but was wondering what else I could keep in there?

On another note does anyone know a small filter which is very quiet which would be suitable for this tank?

I reccomend you keep it just as a shrimp tank, put a sponge biofilter in there and you may even have some luck breeding the RCS, I had around 20 shrimp in a 15L box tank and they bred and didn't get sucked into the filter as it was a bio filter.

If you HAD to get some fish I'd say WCMM but only a few.

ive got a fluval 1plus in my 30ltr tank

thanks for the replies, I don't think I'll be adding fish I was more thinking of any other inverts or snails which would be compatible, should of mentioned this lol. i may even try and get a slightly bigger tank to open up the option of a few fish
