tank price?

size is 48" (L) x 18" (W) x 22" (H)

what is a decent price for a new (or used) 75 gallon tank with hood and light (in the US)? it is from a private seller locally and apparently he realized it wasn't big enough for the SW setup he was going to do...i don't know if he had it filled and running or not so I still have to call him...just curious though

well at my lfs they had a tank, stand and hooded light for $200. It didnt have a filter or heater though.

you remember the price of just the tank? i saw approx. $100 prices at one store i stopped at for the tank...but I haven't had time to go anywhere else - don't feel like it right now..

i have seen prices around 120 at my lfs just for the tank. But if your just buying the tank and the lighting check out the classifieds in your newspaper and you could grab a good deal.

a 75 gallon tall tank at my lfs is $150. The powercompact lighting for it would be about another $100.

I got my tank last boxing day at big AL's it was $99 canadian plus tax...regular price is $120 i think...

thanks...i just might HAVE to buy this tank for $70 then....even though i'll be moving again in a couple months and i have nowhere to set it up, nor enough money to buy all of the accessories i need..whata crazy addiction lol
