Tank Ideas

i just bought a 10 gallon tank and im in the process of establishing my tank. I'm looking at this empty tank and trying to think of what i want to put in it. I have ordered some plants, and they are on the way. I would really like to get some dwarf puffer fish. I was curious of how many i could fit in there safely. I read some places that they need about 5 gallons per fish. Other places i read that you can fit two in a 5 gallon space as long as one is male and one is female. Along with a puffer fish i was thinking about getting an oto or two, since i read that that is one of the only fish that is safe from being killed by the puffers. Let me know what you guys think....
