Hate to be a looser, but I liked it before when you could see the sand (without the slate chipping)
but thats just me, I like seeing the sand in my mbuna

about 85 US and 72 UK Gallons

thank you, i have x3 Neolamprologus Tretocephalus in their, no Frontosa's although people sometimes mistake them for Frontosa!

No probs! If there is any changes coming it will most likely be to ditch the slate for sand at the front, i have some sand in there under the rocks.

Thanks, this thread is quite old, I've changed the tank around now and all them fish are in a 5x2x2.
