How high is the ammonia reading, as it can burn and irratate there gills.

i have no recent stats, my platy has pop-eye so i think, there s a layer of skin looking stuff over her eyes and they sorta bulge that way, any way of treatment

i belice my swordtail is beginning to get into her final stages of pregnancy, she is quite large now

If her eye is bulging out yes it popeye and related to dropsy because of the build up of fluids, to be honest i wouldn't expect any fry as she might not make it.
You will need anti internal bacteria med by interpet.

yeah porbably not and i guess thats good b/c i dont want 2 pregnancy's at around the same time at the moment with the spread of 15-40 (not sure bout 40) fry for a swordatil, im gonna be up to my eyes in fish
