well i recently bought a lot of things for my mega biOrb and baby biOrb from bioparts.com, where i get all of my biOrb accessories. once you place your first order with them, they send you a 10% code for future orders through dec. 31, 2007.

anyway, my last order included the feng shui pebbles which i ordered a set of white, green, and rainbow red. although they are quite expensive a pack (approx. $16), i used my 10% code on these along with other stuff. so in my order i got two white packs and a rainbow red pack. there was no note about a substitution.

i wrote in to let them know if anything, what could be done to get the green pebbles as i had originally ordered, and for the inconvenience of not being able to decorate my tank like i planned with all my pebbles, if they could send me the green pack complimentary. i requested this via e-mail.

i got a call the next day but didn't have an opportunity to answer or call back.

and in five days, i got in the mail a box with a nice big green pebbles pack along with a service kit (a filter, conditioning chemicals, and a cleaning cloth) for free. there was no request for me to send back the other white pebbles pack. the overall retail value of this box was $27 without shipping costs.

i just wanted to share this with you all if you own biOrbs or are considering biOrbs as the company, casco seems to be really great at providing customer service.

Sweet!!! It's so rare to hear of a company going above and beyond, nice to know good customer service still exists.
