Hi welcome to the forum

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but a 240 liter tank is too small for 2 Gold Severums - they are big chunky fish that can get to a foot in size though more likely 10 inches. Ideally for Gold Severums you want at least 75 gallons for one and then probably around the 90 gallon mark before you add an other. If you like Severums a smaller growing species is the Rotkiel Severum which only gets to 8 inches max and not as chunky as the big Golds and Greens. Or you could look at a bigger tank - something like a Juwel Rio 400 would be ideal.
At present the Plec would also be too big for your tank as an adult and a smaller species like a Bristlenose or Rubberlip - though there are many many fancy plecs
The Dinosaur Loach you mention is this a Bichir? If so I am guessing its a Senegal Bichir as they are the most common which is borderline okay in your current tank but again would thrive in a big tank.
Hate to be so blunt with you but hope you take it on board. I think you have two options, option one is get a much bigger tank like the 400 liter I suggested or rehome the bigger growing fish and stick with your Angel and Blue Acaras which will thrive in a tank like this and make a nice display.
However I suspect that you like the bigger fish (like me

) and I would just get the bigger tank now

.
Now I realise that big tanks cost a lot of money, but I reckon your current fish are quite young so you probably have a couple of months to get a plan of action together
hope that helps somewhat
