Me too Chris and also agree that it is not enforceable - Several of you know PrincessCoral, my granddaughter is a member on here and I insisted she put her age on each post - members have been very kind to her and she has benefited greatly from peoples help and support. I asked her to do that to safeguard both her and other members so that they knew how old she is when replying. This is a family forum and long may it remain so.

I would like to see a Junior Members for those who wish to show their age (or the parents/grandparents wish them to!) I do agree Safeguarding our children should be paramount, but parents must train their children about using the internet. Maybe we could have a link to CEOPs on this site (MODS can you look it to that please?). Maybe we should also have a warning on here for when juniors join about safety and not giving name etc out to anyone.

I assume that something happened last night with Misscosmo and Vampirequeen, as I had an upset PM from one of them saying that they were thinking of leaving the forum! Surely to goodness we can celebrate differences and treat everyone with respect whatever their age!
