Strange Fin Rot Like Infection, Help Please

hi guys, strange one here, i have an electric blue ram in a 180 litre tank with 0 nitrites 9 ammonia and 10ppm nitrates who has a strange infection on her dorsal fin.
she was just come from a internal parasite medication and seems to be out and about more and eating better than before still hasnt got much colour.
it looks fluffy at some parts and is eating away at one specific section of her dorsal fin,ive treated for fin rot to no avail though. any reccomendations on the condition or any treatments would be great thankyou.

what ammonia 9 i think this tank
needs a water change rather quickly
needs to get that down straight away

What's the make of the test kit you are using.

What's the name of the med you have used for finrot?
How long did you use the med for?

yeah sorry guys it was 0 ammonia the finrot treatment was a mixture of pimafix and myzaxin by waterlife i did the treatments over the reccommended time periods, 1 dose per day for 5 days for myzaxin and the other i cant remember off the top of my head, however they dont seem to be having the disered effect. This combined with the wooly growth indicates to me to be a fungal infection?

Using a API master test kit

Stock in tank are: 1m/1f electric ram
3 peppered corys
3 albino corys
albino sucking loach
5 lemon tetras

fluval u4 internal filter supported by a 80l p/h interpet internal filter.

Myxazin usually a good med for finrot.

Can you isolate the sick fish and double dose esha 2000.
Follow med instructions on double dosing.
