Hi I have 180 litre jewel bow front aquarium been up and running for almost 2 years.

I have 8 tiger barbs
1 electric blue acara

Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
Temperature 25
Weekly 25-30% water changes

Do I have room for anymore fish?

I would say so, but given what you have in there, I would choose VERY carefully.

As long as you have a sand substrate a school of loaches would be cool - something mid sized and boisterous like Zebras would be cool. Not sure on the tank dimensions but Golden Wonder Killis could be a good option to as a trio up at the surface and out of the way.

Thank you guys for suggestions. I have small black gravel substrate.

Would a school of rosy barbs work?

How about getting more tiger barbs? Rosy Barbs are quite chilled out in comparison and could get bullied but there are so many variants now of Tiger Barbs, Green and Albino are pretty common but Blacks and Platinums are around now, the Platinums are particularly stunning!

In my view, there is no room for any additional species of upper fish. The tiger barbs would be better with a larger group, 12-15, and providing what they will be better with is preferable to trying to add different species which frankly is not likely to work out.
