i have a 95L aqua one fish tank and i have:

2x bristle nose plecos 2"
2x clown loaches 2.5"
7x neon tetras 0.5"
3x peppered corys 1-1.5"
1x bala (silver shark)2.5"
(I am aware of the bala sharks potential size  )
is this to much if not what else can i get

This is waaaaaaaay too much.

Are you also aware of the clown loach's full grown size?

The bala is not a "potential" size. It will either grow to full size or die before it can get there.

Remember when stocking by the 1" of fish per gallon rule you need to count the full grown size not current size. That means you currently have over 60" worth of fish in that tank.

I don't know much about plecos but most of them get pretty big too.

clown loaches get 35cm i know and they will go to a 79gal tank later
bristle nose plecos get 5"

Yeah I agree with above its quite a lot of fish in there. From the sounds of things your planning to move the bigger fish to bigger tanks eventually so its hard to recommend fish as permanent residents.

If you have facilities to move on some of the fish later I would keep the Cories and Tetras in here and move the rest into a bigger tank.

For Clowns and Balas for life you really need to think really really big - like 6x2x2 at least. Maybe get away with a 5x2x2 for the clowns but they both need a 2 foot wide tank so they can turn in more than just their body size.
