Stocking Suggestions

I've been fish keeping for a few years, and for a while have had nothing but a couple of blind cave fish XD
My smaller tank has been restocked with congo tetra, the blind cave fish, a pair of royal rams, annnd a mystus catfish. They're all getting along great, so I've no worries about this.

I do however also want to restock my 130 liter (28.6 gallons). Its dimensions are 12" wide, 36" in length, and it has a depth of 21". It has a coral sand substrate, and I'll be looking to pretty much give it a whole internal redo with woods, plants, and rocks. Right now it has a Pterygoplichthys multiradiatus in, he came with the tank and so far as I know has been living happily in it for a good few years. I think there may be a couple of horse face loaches in there too, but they're under the sand so much I really have no clue XD

What I want to know is what types of fish would make this a colourful set up. I'd rather keep to community fish if possible, since so far as I know the diameters for this tank would be too small for mbuna which had priorly been an idea.

The water in this area is neutral, so anything that can work with that would be best~

you can't go wrong with rainbowfish I find. There's plenty types to choose from and they also make good community fish. (generally)
