Stocking Query

I think this water would be to hard for Pearl Gouramis. As for paradise fish they are little shits, and I have only ever kept them successfully with large Goldfish.

I had Paradisefish in the late 90s and he seemed cool with everyone in a badly advised/stocked tank apart from the Neon Tetras who used to swim far too close to him.
He virtually buddied up with the WCMMs. Everyone else must’ve just kept out of his way.

So with the advice above noted I am now thinking

3 guppies
6 or so Platys
6 or so Rainbow fish

Shame about the corys as I was hoping for some bottom feeders as well. Does anyone have any suggestions that would fit?
