A little overstocked.

Pearl Gourami sexing is easy. Males have a red spot on the chest & longer dorsal fins than females.

well ill only have 1 pearl gourami since its a little overstocked

You've done a good job listing your scientific names and everything, why not just lay out the multiplication right there in a post?

i thought the 1 in. per gallon rule wasnt that reliable?

ok i see where your getting...

Ya with an AC110, I honestly think you'll be fine. I don't think it is overstocked at all, especially if you are diligent with weekly water changes.

In my personal opinion, I might just stick to one type of tetra and get a larger shoal. Again, it is my opinion, but I've seen tanks with many species of fish mixed in and tanks with larger numbers of fewer species and I'm just partial to larger numbers of fewer species. 6 tetras MAY shoal together ok, however if you only had one species and had 12 of them, they will stick together better.

Your listing is a nice full stocking for a tank that size. I would suggest that you settle for Corydoras trilineatus rather than C julii. They are maybe 1/3 to 1/2 the price and are at least as nice in your tank. Most people simply cannot tell them apart, but the LFS does not hesitate to overcharge for the julii. My first inclination would be to challenge the statement that they are even selling C julii. They are quite uncommon in a typical pet shop. On the other hand, almost all pet shops actually carry C. trilineatus.
