Stocking A 20gal Long

I was planing on taking multiple tanks to collage with me, But I have talked with the housing department and I am allowed only 1 tank, 20gal max . I am so bumbed out, cuz I was hoping to take roughly 3-4 tanks with me. So, I don't quite know what I'm going to do with all my fish. My rainbows I was planning on getting rid of, but I want to try to hang on to the other fish.

Now enough with that, So I am going to take a 20 gal long. It will be planted with lots of wood, and stocking will be 2 rubber eels, and some swordtails. How many swordtails can I keep with the rubber eels?

I'd suggest getting 3 or 4 swords with a pair of Rubber Eels. Be careful that they aren't too small that they'll get eaten, though!
