Stocking 22g Idea

My 22g is currently holding a betta and it's going to be based around him iv posted before on this but didn't mention that I was using gravel so some of the options given I can't really have so the ideas i picked and what others have helped with are so far.

A betta (Ted my only named fish within 2 tanks)
10 micro rasboras (maybe more if stocking allows)
Shrimp (need help on what type and how many my ph is 7.6)
4 otos (when tank is more mature)

All help and tips I'm grateful for

P.s also bored at work so need something to do due to a slow day

For the shrimp, cherry shrimp or any of the variants will be best. Stay away from the bee shrimp, they need soft acidic water. As for numbers, start with about 12. They will readily breed.
