I know! I have read online that people have ordered them off the website, it allows you to do it!
im so angry right now, I cant wait to write my review of their delivery service!! I am going to send them some pictures of the state it was in also. after watching the programme on channel 4 about parcel force and they way they treat their parcels you would think they had sorted themselves out, clearly not!! no idea what has happened to my tank, even the lid inside the tank had smashed, the bio noodles had come out of their sealed packet and had also shattered leaving dust all over everything!

well here we go again on my rant of the day!!
I was suppose to receive an email saying when parcel force would be collecting the fish tank, I still haven't received one this morning so I rang them to be told we had arranged for me to take it back to my nearest store?? NO I DIDNT!!!!!
the said they could have it pick up tomorrow, I said no im at work all day there will be no one here.
I now have to cart a broken fish tank to the nearest store.The one I have asked to be kept for me until sunday better be there or there is going to be trouble!

ugh this TOTALLY sucks!!!!!I know it will be so worth it when the tank arrives, but you had time to set it up the other day, now I imagine you have to squeeze it around other plans
Have you made any decisions on your stocking yet? Or still deciding between guppies, honeys and platies?
I would ring the shop up and double/triple check they are keeping it by for you, so you know for certain.

We'll guys I finally got my tank, and I did get my new job!! So while I have my week off before I start my new job I will be getting my new fish!! I'm off to get it tomorrow so I will post some pics of my tank, got a hell of a lot of plants in there, needs to be sorted out really they are growing like crazy, also if anyone knows how I could slow down the flow a bit I would be greatful! Not sure how honeys are with strong flow?

so I didn't get any fish when I got to the shop it said on the little card that they are best kept in groups, so I didn't know what to do!!
so I thought best to check here before i do anything!
im going again next week so hopefully i will be able to get one then!
