does any one know if it makes any difference if they all grow up together because they are all babies or do they end up killing each other because it is bread into them

I have seen some of my younger barbs attempt to be agressive. I don't know how old they were when I got them, but i would guess they were 1" from nose to the tip of their tail. It was slightly comical to watch, because the younger one thought he was "chasing" an older one, but in reality, the older one was busy chasing someone else, and wasn't threatened by the older one. I also have one tiger barb in my hospital tank because he has an infected sore right above his mouth, which was likely caused by a small fight.

I used a different calculating page, and I think they deducted for gravel/tank decorations, so that's why mine came out slightly smaller.

As for the CAE's they will start out cute and non-aggressive and eat algae while they are little (the ones you see in the shop are almost always juveniles), when they get older they stop eating algae and go for the slime coats on other fish; your angels would present a lovely target. Being brought up together won't help, mine were and they still went for their mates. It's just their instinct.
