This first squirrel has been hanging around our house awhile, and he kind of has a golden coloration on his underside.

in truth, because they are a non-native animal, they are classed as vermin
and yes they do make good eating. in fact the meat has very little fat (saturated) and is very healthy for you.

and yes they do make good eating. in fact the meat has very little fat (saturated) and is very healthy for you.

Cousin Eddie from Christmas Vacation stopped eating them when he found out they were high in cholesterol.

One near the cottage we stayed at in the mountains this summer.
