Yeah More red plakat babies from Wuv. Aren't they just beautiful! I guess I will have to take pictures of mine now. Congrats Sorrell and you have some very beautiful monsters there.

Here's a nest shot, he seriously freaks out when I get too close so I just stuck the camera under the cover and snapped.

He has them clumped on that one side and then you can see a couple floaters

Well, my mustard gas boy was eating eggs, so I got all paranoid and pulled this Daddy too. Yes, that's profiling, but I don't care

After he was out I started counting when I could get a good look and my eyes started hurting around 200 so this is good

*a little cool tidbit. some college students i know bred bettas and took a high quality pic of the nest. they counted the eggs by hand and had over 1000 eggs. it seems like something of interest to do so when you raise to adulthood you can see your survival rate from eggs.*
