I had a trio of SAP's in a very busy tank but found them a bit disappointing compared to dwarfs, also they need their teeth trimming every 6 months or so and I never fancied doing that.
^yeah, lots of cockles and things like that and i think one would be happy in my tank so long as i make it as interesting as possible, even if the 'beak' does need trimming it doesn't sound like a hard job, just anesthetizing is the only thing worrying me! lol
and some heavy duty filtration would be needed, im thinking about subscribing to PFK and getting the free fluval u3 to run along side my interpet filter
